- 5 days before service free of charge
- During the 5 days before the service, a 30% charge will be charged
- 24 hours before the service a 100% charge will be charged CAUSES OF FORCE
MAJEURE:
In the event of force majeure events such as Hurricanes, Floods, earthquakes, port and sea closures, strikes, acts of terrorism, demonstrations, etc. You may change the date of the previously paid service. If the dates do not coincide with the client's interests, you may request a refund, following the proper protocols for requesting a refund.
DUE TO BAD WEATHER:
If you cancel due to weather conditions, you are informed that the only agency authorized to authorize or not authorize the maritime operation is the Port Captaincy. Any weather application will not be accepted as a valid source to cancel your service. You can reschedule your visit, but if the tour has the authorization to operate regularly endorsed by the Port Captaincy and the client does not want to attend, the refund does not apply.
